Questions

Find out what your customers want to know. Let them ask you questions publicly and provide them with an answer for everyone to see. When users use the Lounge's Question feature, the system will automatically search to see if a similar question has already been asked, tracks how many people asked the same question and allows your customers to comment and vote on the answers. The Questions feature is an invaluable way of seeing what's on the minds of your customers.

Editing Blogs or posts

You can now go back and edit your previous blogs without re-creating a new one!

e-Store

Redeem Rewards

Members can use their rewards for purchases from your e-Store, all automatically!

Social Selling

Your e-Store has now become a part of your social business. Every time someone makes a purchase, they are given social sharing options including Facebook Likes that will appear on their social networks attracting new buyers to your e-Store.

Location

The Calendar now supports appointments and events for multiple locations on any device.

Remember Me

Calendar now remembers the event you were editing! If you switch between the calendar and other tabs, the calendar will remember where you were and what you were doing!

Track the success of your Cash Rewards! This allows you to measure the effectiveness of your Social Cash Rewards to adjust the amount given to your leads, prospects and customers.

Email

Avoid getting blocked by spam filters with an all new feature in the Email App. Stop getting flagged for sending emails to the same person/account twice. Our new Duplicate email address filtering will check both your Auto-Send and regular emails before they send.
